In memory of my favorite band: [13 Apr 2005|08:46pm] We only stay in orbit.... Due to our personal reasons, Northstar has decided to call it quits. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in some way or another. Without you we wouldnt have even made it this far. [09 Apr 2005|05:11pm] last night, WAS going to go to kassie's surprise birthday party but well, i didn't know how to get there. sooo.. went to see the format (actually i was going to go to both) :D and the first three bands were horrible... my brother actually took jenny and i though, and we ate at crabtown before but just got like 'cheese nerds' and water. and then waited outside for about 2 hours, they didn't open the doors until almost 8 which is so silly. then we're waiting for about 3 and a half more hours for the format to play... they played some new songs of theirs and their cover of 'sitting on the dock of the bay' i asked the singer to play 'do you believe in magic' but he said they didn't know how to play that as a band =/... i didn't get to go on stage either but that's okay. they played A LOT of songs like more than an hours worth which was good after all that waiting incidentally, almost all of the front were yukon people today, visited my cousins' house because he's back from the navy for about 2 weeks, probably not gonna go to that garage sale thing at the conservatory.. i know it's wrong but i know your type words and rhymes and notes

[02 Apr 2005|03:43pm] let's start with yesterday iiiiiiiii went to protest, and go figure matt forgot to pick me up AGAIN, how many times is that? thanks boy. this time we protested at henry hudson's/braums kind of by qual springs mall and the same boulevard steakhouse.. only this time they didn't get mad, THEY brought us out drinks and said like good job or something... then went back to the coffee house where jenny was to pick me up, we headed down main street to see this small art showing of this zac cox i remember from OM and a girl.. they complimented me on my northstar hoodie and they both said they'd seem them a couple of times. lol the girl had a picture titled something like this"emo emo emo emo emo emo emo emo emo emo emo emo elmo emu" i kind of wish i had gotten to stay there longer but it's okay.. then we went to jenny's because susie and jenny are such great friends to me and decided to throw me a little party or something.. we basically just hung out and we're gonna come up with a song using band names (like gym class heroes... only better of course) then susie had to go home and that was sad. then we watched detroit rock city lol, wuttamovie... woke up this morning and went to paseo but then jenny had to leave too so my mom and i walked around and there's a new gallery called the deshan something it's a lady's work and house and she painted the floor with dots, it was cute. then we went to the JRB art gallery and this man DJ Lafon had his stuff up there and he had a picture of oscar wilde. heck yes. art for art's sake AND NOW I AM HOME... and soon i will go to have dinner with my family... and then i don't know what birthday in two days! [30 Mar 2005|12:00am] i need a lover that won't drive me crazy YAY so i got to go to see mr. mellencamp awwwwwwwwwwww happiness right here. he did IN FACT play pink houses, thank you. thank you. and donovan, you are just not right for me maybe if i was on acid... and even if they do call you mellow yellow jeremiah from my history class sat on the row in front of me, small world. and i might have to resign from OM this year, for several reasons... but i did go to today, and i did see kelsey at wal-mart. and we do have school pictures tomorrow plus a timed writing, which i need to prepare for probably alright, goodnight. words and rhymes and notes
